Sorry, not one with much detail. It looks to be about midway between the Brazos and Trinity on a line with Fort Graham (which was covered by Lake Whitney). As I recall it was a very short lived post and I think the namesake Captain Connor (sometimes spelled Conner) may have moved to Camp Kaufman at Marrow Bone Springs which became Johnson Station.
It was part of the line of federal forts on the Texas frontier manned by Texas Rangers during the U S Mexican War, then replaced by U S Army troops beginning in 1848.
John H Conner's Company of Peter Hansborough Bell's Regiment, Texas Mounted Volunteers, recruited primary at Austin Texas. Mustered into federal service 5 May 1848 - mustered out 31 December 1848.
I have one reference that states, "A camp on Richland Creek, in present Navarro County, west of Corsicana, established by Captain Henry H Sibley and Company L, Second Dragoons, and active from December 1848 to March 1849. Sibley went from there to Fort Graham, then Fort Phanton Hill. He is perhaps best known for the Battle of Glorieta Pass in the Civil War.
It would appear Sibley established his post at or near Connor / Conner's thereby relieving him.
In either case it looks to be farther downstream from where you live.
