By using Google, I was able to find descriptions of each of the above listed neighborhoods, including Pleasant Grove, complete with boundaries explicitly stated. In some cases there were maps delineating them, and some of the descriptions included the year when the neighborhood was established. For some of them, like Pleasant Grove (which encompasses all the others), that year was the date of first settlement with settlers names. For others, it was when a developer created a subdivision assigned the name. Try it.
