My mom has lived in Pleasant Grove for over 45 years so I am familuar with the area.
Parkdale is bounded:
to the west by White Rock Creek
To the north by Military Parkway
To the south By Sycene Rd.
To the east by Bisbee Dr.
This is what I thought and appears to be confirmed by Google as Old Man From Dallas suggested.
As far as when it was developed, I have seen aerial photos from the very early 30's and the roads were there with very few houses built. Most of the construction happened right after WW2. The tax roles that I have looked at show most were built circa 1946. So I would say Parkdale did not really exist as a neighborhood until the mid forties even though development began much earlier. (the great depression probably delayed any further development until then)
Buckner Terrace
I could not find boundries on Google for BT but I am sure I know what they are
To the west by Hunnicut Rd.
To the North by Sanuell Blvd
To the south by Forney Rd.
To east by Jim Miller Rd.
I don't know exactly when it was built but my mom lives within a thousand feet of BT and she say's that it was all fields when she and my dad moved there in 1968. She thinks it started in 1971. I was born in 1970 and it has been there since my earliest memories so 71 is probably right or within a year.
This is nothing really official but maybe it helps
