In 1911 2106-2108 Main Street was the location of The Walter Hunt Company, a produce company. By 1923, the address was 2108 and it was the home of Shelton-Perry Chevrolet Company. By 1926 the name had changed to City Chrevolet Co., and the business was there many years. By 1958 the building was the office of J.W. Lindsley & Co. (Realtors). That company was there a long time. In 1976 J.W. Lindsley & Co. advertised the building for sale, describing it as 9,000 square feet with an elevator. For later years you can find the occupants by looking at the Cole's and Polk's directories in the Dallas Public Library.
