KLIF Talk Radio

I was listening to KLIF the morning they went to the all talk format.
I think it was in 1987 or 1986.
Norm Hitzges was on in the morning with sports.
David Gold was on in the afternoon.
Within a year it had fleshed out to include Kevin McCarthy and some psychologist woman.
Later on Leon the barber and Skip Bayless joined with their sports talk. Bob Ray Sanders was on for awhile.
I stopped listening when they let Gold and McCarthy go sometimre in the 1990s.

I have no idea what they are doing now. It was fun while it lasted.
