sadly, it'll certainly be bulldozed before the end of the decade for more farmer's market townhomes or etc. although being sandwiched between two of the major downtown facilities for the homeless does hurt the value of the location pretty severely. The Presbyterian Church is planning a huge renovation of the buildings across the street (including 508 Park Ave, the Art Deco Warner Brothers recording studio from the 1930s)
I've never seen anyone living there or even working on the building there. Been around the property alot. looking through the broken windows you can see it's in absolute utter disrepair.
