Welcome, Will.
I am honored to meet you. You certainly have the artist eye with your camera. Your photographs of Dallas - places, people and land - are truly amazing, just beautiful in their technicolor glory (though guess that is an outdated term)
I draw and paint and was so struck by the colors and style of 1820 Canton that I googled for more and found you at:

A couple of our long time members here and at [dallashistory.freeforums.org] -especially Scott Dorn - not only love photography itself but are very active in saving Dallas buildings from demolition by recording them. I say this because you mention that fate for 1820 Canton
This was edited to say that I LOVE your SUGAR RIDGE SUNSET. drooled over it so much I had to clean my screen. It has all the elements that I personally love in paintings - light, colors and beauty that uplifts the spirit to wordless praise. Thank you for sharing.
