While trying to organize my T.L. Marsalis genealogy research into pdfs. I came across this entry I had made after the Legacies conference in 2007. Dwayne Jones' presentation was not included in the Legacies Fall '07 magazine and I could not find anything more online.
However I would imagine that if a mill was to be found it would be listed on one of the maps listed in a couple of the map links.
Jim Wheat (who has very sadly passed on. I really miss him) has a map at his site which can still be found through Dallas Historical Society.

Cee Cee, Dwayne Jones's presentation was "When Eden Slipped Away: Mill Creek and Turtle Creek". He had a slide that looked a lot like your photo.
