Anyone have knowledge of this theatre which is alleged to have been in operation in the mid-60's, and which was owned by J.J. Rodriguez, who was also a partner in the Festival Theatre on Maple (formerly the Teatro Panamerico and originally built as the Dallas Little Theatre)?
