I lived in the West Dallas Projects from 1957 to 1959. Lots of memories. They were divided up by races.
George Loving was for whites only. I just cannot remember the other two but do not think that what you said was correct. Hispanics and Indians had one section and blacks had one section. Part of the projects went to Amelia Earheart and part went to Thomas Edison. I was not shocked to hear that they have been torn down and replaced by newer better apartments. I will try to do some research and see what the names of the other two sections were called.
