Sharon,
From what I recall he said that this was an area somewhere around Lakewood Blvd and Lawther.
He said that it had been filled in so he could not remember exactly where it was.
As for those McMansions, my Dad lived on Lakewood Blvd and the Dr. that had the house built (before my Grand Dad bought it) didn't want any neighbors to be too close so he bought the lots on either side.
A few years ago they squeezed a McMansion in on one of those lots.
Not much to say about hail, except the we dodged the bullet last year when Lakewood got slammed!
We were watching TV and heard a bang as something hit the house.
Heard another bang and realized it was hail so I went out on the front porch to enjoy the storm.
Saw a gigantic chunk hit the street and shatter, but not a lot more.
We were thankfully out of the epicenter!
