Harvey Goff was the guy that hassled the customers. His idea of customer service was to be a jerk to anyone he chose to dislike. If you were a teen boy with long hair you would be subjected to one of his tirades. If someone ordered a drink to go, he would pour it directly into a paper bag. You risked being his target by simply wearing some article of clothing that he didn't like. He had a huge reputation for being thoroughly disagreeable in a very random fashion.
