I flew out of that airport with a friend a few times. Been years ago but I seem to remember a prop driven trainer also located there. Possibly T-28 Trojan? Wayne

The airport at Abrams and Northwest HIghway was long gone by the 1960s. I think it was gone by the mid 1950s.
